Terms of Service
Last updated: September 7, 2026. These terms govern your use of eyecareangel.ca, shop.eyecareangel.ca, and purchases from Eye Care Angel Canada (“Eye Care Angel,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked at checkout.
Eligibility and accounts. You must have legal capacity to enter a contract in your province or territory. You are responsible for accurate account, contact, billing, and delivery information and for keeping account access secure. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use.
Products and cosmetic-use notice. Product descriptions, ingredients, images, sizes, and availability are provided as accurately as reasonably possible. Screen colours and packaging may vary. Our cosmetic products are for external use only, are not medical treatment, and are not a substitute for professional advice. Follow the label, patch test when appropriate, avoid direct eye contact, stop use if irritation occurs, and seek medical advice when needed. Individual results vary.
Prices, taxes, and payment. Prices are in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes, shipping, discounts, and the total payable are shown before purchase. You authorize Shopify and its payment providers to charge the selected payment method. We may correct obvious errors before fulfilling an order and will contact you or cancel and refund the affected order where appropriate.
Orders and acceptance. You may review and correct order details before submitting payment. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt; we may refuse or cancel an order before fulfillment for unavailable inventory, a clear pricing error, suspected fraud, unauthorized resale, promotion abuse, payment failure, legal restrictions, or breach of these terms. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the affected amount.
Subscriptions. Auto-Replenish customers may choose delivery and billing every 1 month or every 2 months. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. The product price, taxes, frequency, shipping terms, and cancellation method are disclosed before purchase. You may skip, pause, change, or cancel before the next order is processed through your Shopify account or subscription-management link. See the Purchase Options Cancellation Policy.
Promotions. Promotions are subject to the eligibility, dates, limits, and combination rules disclosed with the offer and at checkout. We may verify eligibility and refuse duplicate, fraudulent, abusive, or ineligible use. We will not retroactively remove a properly applied promotion from a completed order except where required to correct fraud or error and permitted by law.
Shipping, returns, and refunds. Our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy form part of these terms. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed. Statutory cancellation, refund, and other consumer rights continue to apply.
Permitted use. Do not misuse the site, interfere with security or operation, submit malicious code, scrape or copy content unlawfully, impersonate another person, infringe rights, place fraudulent orders, or use the services for unlawful purposes. We may suspend access or orders reasonably connected to prohibited conduct.
Intellectual property. The site content, brand names, logos, text, graphics, photographs, and design are owned by or licensed to Eye Care Angel and protected by applicable law. Personal, non-commercial viewing is permitted; no other licence is granted.
Third-party services. Shopify, payment providers, Stallion Express, couriers, analytics providers, and other service providers may support the store. Their services may be governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party acts beyond what applicable law requires, but we remain responsible for our own legal obligations.
Privacy. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, disclosed, safeguarded, and retained. By submitting information, you confirm it is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it.
Disclaimers and liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site and services are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated or required by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable. Our total liability for a claim relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the affected order, except where such a limit is prohibited. Nothing excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available where they live. Courts with lawful jurisdiction may hear disputes.
Changes and contact. We may update these terms prospectively by posting a revised date. Terms presented when an order is placed govern that order unless law requires otherwise. Questions may be submitted through eyecareangel.ca/contact or by calling 778-900-3646.

價格、稅金及付款。除另有說明，價格均為加幣。付款前會顯示適用稅金、運費、折扣及總額。你授權 Shopify 及付款服務商向所選付款方式收費。如有明顯錯價，我們可在履行前更正，並視情況聯絡你或取消並退款。
訂單及接受。提交付款前，你可檢查及更正訂單。確認信只表示我們已收到訂單；如庫存不足、明顯錯價、疑似欺詐、未經授權轉售、濫用優惠、付款失敗、法律限制或違反本條款，我們可在履行前拒絕或取消。如取消已付款訂單，我們會退回相關款項。
訂閱。自動補貨可選每 1 個月或每 2 個月配送及收費，並會自動續訂至取消為止。購買前會披露商品價格、稅金、頻率、配送及取消方法。你可在下一張訂單處理前，透過 Shopify 帳戶或訂閱管理連結跳過、暫停、變更或取消。詳情請參閱訂購選項取消政策。
優惠。優惠受活動及結帳頁所披露的資格、日期、限制及合併規則約束。我們可核實資格並拒絕重複、欺詐、濫用或不合資格使用。除為更正欺詐或錯誤且法律允許外，我們不會追溯取消已完成訂單中正確套用的優惠。
配送、退貨及退款。配送政策及退換貨與退款政策均構成本條款的一部分。除明確保證外，配送日期均為估計。法定取消、退款及其他消費者權利仍然適用。
允許使用。不得濫用網站、干擾安全或運作、提交惡意程式、非法擷取或複製內容、冒充他人、侵犯權利、提交欺詐訂單或作非法用途。我們可合理暫停與禁止行為有關的存取或訂單。
智慧財產。網站內容、品牌、標誌、文字、圖像、照片及設計由 Eye Care Angel 擁有或獲授權，並受法律保護。只允許個人非商業瀏覽，並未授予其他許可。
第三方服務。Shopify、付款服務商、Stallion Express、承運商、分析服務商及其他供應商可支援本店，其服務或受各自條款約束。除適用法律要求外，我們不對超出合理控制的第三方行為負責，但仍會履行我們自身的法律責任。
隱私。隱私政策說明個人資料的收集、使用、披露、保障及保存。提交資料即表示你確認資料正確，且有權提供。
免責及責任。在法律允許的最大範圍內，除明示或法律規定外，網站及服務不另作保證。我們不對不可合理預見的間接或後果性損失負責。與購買有關的索賠，我們的總責任不超過相關訂單已付款額，但法律禁止限制者除外。本條款不排除不可合法排除的責任或消費者權利。
適用法律。本條款受卑詩省及加拿大適用法律管轄，但不剝奪消費者所在地的強制性保障；具合法管轄權的法院可處理爭議。
