Shipping Policy
Where we ship. Eye Care Angel Canada currently ships to Canadian addresses. Available services and final shipping charges are shown at checkout after you enter the delivery address.
Rates. Regular one-time orders are normally offered Canada standard shipping at CA$12 and express shipping at CA$20 where available. Eligible promotions may reduce or waive these amounts. Auto-Replenish subscriptions include Canada standard shipping on every subscription delivery; express shipping remains an additional charge.
First-order promotion. Eligible new customers who sign in may receive standard shipping on their first qualifying order at no charge through September 20, 2026. The eligibility and combination rules displayed at checkout apply. We may verify eligibility and decline duplicate, abusive, fraudulent, or otherwise ineligible use, without limiting rights under applicable law.
Processing and delivery estimates. Orders are normally prepared within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery is estimated at 3–5 business days after carrier acceptance, and express delivery at 1–2 business days where available. These are estimates, not guarantees. Weekends, holidays, weather, remote locations, carrier delays, high-volume periods, and address problems may affect delivery.
Pickup. Richmond local pickup may be offered by prior arrangement when shown or confirmed. Wait for pickup confirmation before travelling. Pickup locations and times are not return addresses unless we confirm otherwise in writing.
Tracking and carriers. We may use Stallion Express and downstream postal or courier partners. Tracking is provided when available. A carrier scan may take time to appear after a label is created.
Addresses, failed delivery, and loss. Customers must provide a complete and accurate address and phone number. Additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect address, refusal, or unclaimed parcel may be charged where permitted and disclosed. If a parcel is delayed or appears lost, contact us promptly at eyecareangel.ca/contact or 778-900-3646 so we can investigate with the carrier.
Taxes and changes. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. If a shipping rate or service displayed at checkout conflicts with this policy, the checkout disclosure presented before payment controls for that order, except where prohibited by law.
Nothing in this policy limits rights available under applicable Canadian or provincial consumer protection law.

取貨。如網站顯示或我們另行確認，可預約 Richmond 本地取貨。收到確認前請勿前往。除非我們書面確認，取貨地點並非退貨地址。
追蹤及承運商。我們可能使用 Stallion Express 及其郵政或快遞合作夥伴。可提供時會發出追蹤資料；建立標籤後，承運商掃描可能需要時間才會顯示。
地址、派送失敗及遺失。顧客須提供完整正確的地址及電話。如因地址錯誤、拒收或逾期未領而產生額外運費，我們可在法律允許及已披露的情況下收取。如包裹延誤或疑似遺失，請盡快透過 eyecareangel.ca/contact 或 778-900-3646 聯絡我們，以便向承運商調查。
稅金及變更。適用稅金在結帳時計算。如結帳頁在付款前顯示的配送費或服務與本政策不同，除法律另有禁止外，該訂單以結帳揭露為準。
本政策不限制加拿大或各省消費者保護法律下的權利。
